In previous posts I’ve written about partner power, now it’s been four months since our sweet baby Tiana was born and I was finally able to get back in the gym with my favorite partner, the hubs! We like to throw some balance training in the mix, that’s why you will see us using the bosu quite a bit. One of the reasons I feel balance training is great is because it causes you to engage the core while targeting other body parts, core strength equals a stronger back. My husband recently had to undergo back surgery so we have cut out some of the more jarring exercises we would normally throw in. ie burpees, jump squats, plyo, etc.
